Great wrap up to a wonderful series. I just finished the last of the Clifton Chronicles. Seven books in the series and each one a very fast moving detailed read - until book 7 where Jeffrey Archer seemed to feel the need to make it another 400+ page novel so filled it with details on playing rugby and British Parliamentary workings. As great as Harry Clifton's story was, the two women stole the series. Emma Barrington Clifton blazed a path for women and Lady Virginia Fenwick proved to be one shrewd manipulative woman who worked hard to get what she wanted by hook or by crook. on the whole I give the series 5/5 stars. (this book a 4/5)
