Entertaining DVD about the meeting of Elvis Presley and Richard Nixon in December 1970. They were both rather unique and unforgettable characters of their era. Elvis decides he wants to be a federal agent “at large”, of course no one knows what that is or if such a thing exists, but he wants a badge he can flash and worries about the youth in America and the infiltration of drugs on society and he wants to go undercover to save the U.S. Kevin Spacey plays Nixon and does a great job, he does not want anything to do with Elvis and the meeting of the two is delegated to White House staff and Elvis staff who need to scheme up a way to make the meeting happen. Both Elvis and Nixon were rather conservative in their political beliefs and they find a common ground of understanding for their meeting. A photo was taken of the two and it apparently remains the most requested photograph from the U.S. National Archives. Fun DVD from events from not so long ago with two well known individuals.
