I truly enjoyed this cookbook! About 1/3 of the book is how to detox your diet, lifestyle, home, environment, etc. Very informative, even for someone that knows a fair amount about detoxing will pick up good information. But don't worry, there are still over 200 recipes after the learning to detox section! The recipes are great! Flavorful, innovative and easy to make (if you're used to cooking at home). I had already been eating Paleo for the most part, so this wasn't a stretch for me (In fact I got to add more food back into my diet like millet and quinoa!). There are great pictures for a lot of the recipes, but not all. I highly recommend borrowing the book and giving it a go for 21 days, you'll be amazed at how tasty the food is and how much better you feel! I loved the book so much that I bought it before it was even time for me to return it!
