Directed by Tiller Russell in 2014, this 104-minute documentary devles into a police corruption in the 75th precinct of the New York Police Department during the 1980s.
The film uses footage from the Mollen Commission investigation in 1992 and also provides in-depth commentary from those corrupt cops and their buddy-gangs.
I was really amazed to see those corrupt cops talk like a professional talking head rather than a penitent criminal.
If I were one of those corrupt cops, I couldn't possibly show up in front of the camera out of shame.
In any case, it is a shocking yet revealing documentary that shows nobody is perfect.
Even a $100 bill did actually turn one policeman into a corrupt cop.
Unbelievable yet it's an undeniable piece of truth.
