Amazing and utterly enthralling. The story is surrounded by the question -- Who could have killed her? There are a variety of suspects from whom to choose, but none appear to fit the crime. The suspense increases until the astounding finale. Highly recommend this one.

Wow!! This book was phenomenal. I loved the way it kept me on the edge of my seat and how I was constantly second-guessing myself. Highly, highly recommend!

Holy Cow! There are novels with unreliable narrators and then there is this one which sheds a whole new meaning to discovering who is unreliable. Although the ending seemed a little to pat after all the tribulation the family had been through, I recommend this book. Not sure I’d read it before bed, but the problem is once you get half-way through the book, and you think you know what’s going on and then the story keeps twisting, you can’t put it down. There’s real reason everyone ends up with therapists!

Started out strong, but the twists were implausible and disappointing. Sadie was frustratingly dense, and everyone else was just plain unlikable.

A New & Noteworthy pick. A family moves to a house on an island in Maine and they are greeted with a murder next door. Get ready for whiplash in this thriller. Netflix grabbed the TV/film rights in an overnight preempt.
