I agree with one of the commenters that this show shouldn't bear the name Twilight Zone. It's more social justice mush packaged as a Twilight Zone episode. If you want an engaging story that touches on social issues but keeps its focus on "twilighty things," stick with the 1960's version. If you want to be reminded, reminded, reminded of social issues, then you can watch this . . . or you can just turn on the mainstream media and go on Twitter. One man's opinion, and I will probably get busted for it. Okay.
By the way, on a different note, if you want to READ something brilliant, try Chronicle of a Death Foretold.

Yes it was not like the old twilight zone. It was better because it gave the perspective of different social issues from the perspective person being victimized. Let it sink in.

They didn't live up to the name of series. They don't really deserve to even call the series Twilight Zone IMO. It was boring and overly political.

This series is ok, but I hoped it would be better. Some episodes entertained me more than others. It was a bit formulaic at times. It didn't always feel like a "twilight zone" situation in each episode.

I suppose if I were born in the 80s or 90s and not earlier, I would have said, "Wow." But instead I was shouting "Why!?" While watching the episode where William Shatner spots a gremlin on the wing of a plane, I kept waiting to see the gremlin appear. No such luck.
Don't get me wrong. I think the scripts were good and the actors even better, but it just wasn't the "Twilight Zone" I cherished as a child.
Maybe I'm just old. Some things are best experienced in one's childhood and don't shine like they used to when viewed in the harsh daylight of today's world.
