I haven't read this book and probably won't because Lessig has spoken too many times before the Federalist Society, given an amicus curaie on behalf of the owner of the WTC Twin Towers' owner before their collapse, and I heard him speak at a City Club forum one time - - I normally don't attend those as they are Wall Street-oriented and quite expensive to attend, but a fellow worker gave me a free ticket and Lessig was the speaker - - he sounded really like a hardcore Wall Street type, catching me by surprise?

Please do not ignore the FACT that the worst offenders of gerrymandering are the Republicans. They also are ones who have lost the popular vote twice in presidential races. When the Republicans controlled congress - they only represented 40% of the population. Something is wrong - and it is NOT the democrats. There are bad apples in both parties - but the Republicans have the VAST majority.
