School may be out for summer, but top-secret training continues for aspiring spy Ben Ripley?and so does the danger. Ben Ripley is a middle-schooler whose school is not exactly average?he?s spent the last year training to be a top-level spy and dodging all sorts of associated danger. So now that summer?s finally here, Ben?s ready to have some fun and relax. Except that?s not going to happen, because a spy-in-training?s work is never done, and the threats from SPYDER, an enemy spy organization, are as unavoidable as the summer heat. Will Ben be able to keep his cover?and his cool?

In addition to the first book of this series, Spy Camp is just as captivating. It catches the rider midway through a paragraph, and draws them closer, word by word, so when you finally are forced to put it down, it feels like a million masses of cobwebs tangled all over you, in heaps. In Spy Camp, Benjamin Ripley seeks protection during the summer, with the aid of Erica Hale (Ice Queen). There are mysteries within this book that, if you gather up all the clues, you can solve. For instance, who or what is SPYDER, and what might they do to Ben if they find him?

I would recommend this book to you, as Ben reacts to all of the circumstancing scenarios like the average kid, he screams, or he runs. What would you do?

I read Spy School and Spy camp both great books, but I don't know what to make of Ben. In this book he shows how disgusted/mad he is at Alexander Hale for taking false credit but in the first book, isn't that what he did with Zoe?

Well it's a good series anyways and I think this book is better than the first one.
