I plan to read "Dawn of Eurasia" when it becomes available in my library. I've already read the same author's "Belt & Road: a Chinese World Order" (2018) which refers to his newer book (see pp 185, 191 and the whole concluding chapter 5 "The World After the Belt and Road").

The other comment from "StarGladiator" (found with the "Dawn" book's listing in the Washington County Cooperative Library System [WCCLS] online catalogue) seems to me overstated.

Consider this passage from "Belt & Road" after the author lays out 4 possible future scenarios ranging from little change to complete overturning of Western culture:
"The new world order is not one where there is a clear centre, but rather one distinguished by the search for balance between different poles. So when we describe a new Chinese world order we have to keep in mind that there will be other shareholders, other shapers, other balancers. In some places [the Chinese model] may exist in a pure form; in others there will be some precarious balance or combination; and in still others its influence may well be minimal. The West will diminish in reach and influence, but 30 years from now it will continue to offer a powerful alternative to the Belt and Road..." (Belt & Road, p.191)

Perhaps "StarGladiator" has a point, and I will keep what they say in mind once I get a chance to read the "Eurasia" book. At this point, I reserve judgment while granting the author the benefit of the doubt. He seems to be far more thoughtful and interesting than "SG" paints him.

If anything will bring about the West's "downfall" it will be intemperate speech laced with conspiracy theories. This outcome is especially likely when leaders elected and otherwise indulge in this kind of expression, inspiring others to do the same.

This author, Bruno, is one cool dude: his back cover blurbs include one from Peter Thiel [Palantir, American Friends of Bilderberg, Inc., Ann Coulter's best buddy] and Robert Kagan, co-founder with Dick Cheney and other sweethearts of PNAC, or Project for a New American Century.
Allow me to be as succinct as possible: Comrade Bruno [or is it Commissar Bruno] is a complete whack job!
He has to be a paid PR flack for the CCP and is definitely a China - - and Emporer Xi Jinping - - superfan!
Throughout this book he spews forth opinions of an idiotic--simpleton--nonsensical--uninformed--uneducated nature; i.e., propaganda!
Quote: // . . . . China will be called upon to develop new political concepts to RIVAL the Western ABSTRACTIONS of human rights and human democracy. \\

Comrade Bruno is subtlely referring to China's ultra-Orwellian Social Credit System - - no thanks, Comrade Bruno, and you can kiss my barbarously hard posterior, dude!
[I believe the aforementioned quote is the only time Comrade Bruno mentions that silly abstraction -- human rights -- in this entire book of drivel and red dragon droppings.]
The author, who suspiciously refers to China's OBOR, or One Belt One Road [which will have one controlling element: China, China, China] as the Belt and Road initiative, conveniently excluding that unimportant word, // one \\ is talking about China's Trojan Horse platform to spread unsustainable debt to foreign countries along the route in order to acquire foreign properties and ports, et cetera, and this has been thoroughly documented.
Rated PP for Pure Propaganda . . . .
By the end of this book I was filled with absolute revulsion for this disinformation dude!
