This is fantastic and should be part of any relationship counseling or workplace training. Michael Dues is easy to listen to, his approach is practical and grounded and it is all easy-to-digest.

It has taken me a long time to work through the audio version of this, because I continually re-listen to chapters to really reinforce what I've learned before moving on.
