This is a super cool book! We now have one in our home library so that the kids can read it over and over again anytime they want. Two thumbs up!

This is just such a cool book. Although I'm several decades older than the target audience, there were plenty of interesting places and things I had never heard of before finding them in this book. Caves in Mexico with giant crystals weighing as much as ten elephants! Bridges in India made from living tree roots! A library in Austria with secret passages behind its bookshelves!

Note that this book does not have any photos of the places mentioned, but it is beautifully illustrated and great to flip through and explore.

A delightful tour of some of the most interesting and unusual places in the WHOLE World. As a senior with differing abilities that prevent me from raveling off of this Continent I enjoyed all the well made illustrations(with facts). There is even one local item in there! read this book and See............
