As always, the book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series was just as captivating as the others. However, it did start off a bit slow but slowly it became more and more intense and riveting, becoming a book which I could not put down. The story of Quinn and Blay was really beautiful and passionate. Overall, lovely book once again by J.R. Ward!

So apart from the multiple whining sessions of Qhuinn and Blay-- which started to drive me crazy-- I felt this book had more action in it... finally. Perhaps this had more to do with Sola and Assail's story-line. Is it wrong to root for Assail too? LOL. In the end, I was happy those brothers finally got together-- just wish it had been much much sooner in the book. I'm also rooting for Layla and Xcor. And more stories from the Shadows too. And Rev. I miss Rev. Okie, onto the next book...

So enjoyed this story between Quinn and Blay. It was spell binding and held me emotionally. I know they are characters, but the characters feel real to you,and you feel all the emotions between them.
Now have a better understanding of the love between two males.

J.R.Ward is one of the best story tellers out there.

Thank you
J.R.Ward.

LOVED!LOVED!LOVED! I Love the Brotherhood. And the story between Blay and Quinn? *SIGH* Oh my it was great. Looking forward to reading the next where Sola is concerned. Xcor makes me sick. I'm not 100% sure of Assail, but he definitely sounds delicious, yet T-R-O-U-B-L-E. Hopefully not too much for Sola :D I just adore the author. Easily 5 stars.

Did not care for this book at all, could of been because I have never cared for the character Blay. But read it anyways as I wanted to find out what was going on with the other characters. Found myself skim reading a lot over the Quinn and Blay parts.

I am glad that love won over everything else. This book was great especially since there were new love stories unravelling & I can't wait to read all of them; especially Assail's and Marisol's (Sola)

I was looking forward to reading this book... but this was like some badly written fanfiction. This author is a best-seller? Everything about this book as as affected as the author's Tilda Swinton pose on the back cover.
