AR Reading Level- 5.4
When Hillary Clinton was thirteen, she wanted to become an astronaut. She wrote to NASA to see what she would need to do to become one and they responded. NASA didn’t want women astronauts. From then on, she saw the world as a place she could help change for the better. Since then she has become the first lady of the US, a US Senator, the Secretary of State, and this year’s Democratic candidate for President. The newest book in the Who Was series includes helpful histories of the changing times in Hillary Clinton’s lifetime and backgrounds on important political figures who led the way for change.

Hmmmm. . . . description says,
// Introduces the former first lady, senator and secretary of state while describing how she became a role model for women as a lawyer, a staunch supporter of important political and social causes . . .\\
Was hired by the top firm in Arkansas because her hubby was the governor; fellow directors on the board of Wal-Mart might not think she was such a staunch supporter of social causes, unless one counts offshoring American jobs?
