A comprehensive introduction to the mindfullness-based stress reduction, which is used to help people cope with stress, anxiety, pain and illness. This book can be used in tandem with the "Guided Mindfulness Meditation" CDs to develop one's own eight week mindfullness program.

Really liked this book. I took a course on Mindfulness with my family doctor & she used this book for the course. Lots of useful information on how the practise of Mindfulness can reduce stress & illness.
