Buy this as reference book.

The author, a Dartmouth prof, is way out of his depth, IMHO! He is mixing apples and oranges: AirBnB and Amazon and Uber are about stealthy consolidation, with AirBnB about unregulated hotel services in unlawfully areas [not zoned for it] while Uber is about unregulated taxi services, also unlawful. Amazon is about the ultimate in retail monopoly. None of this bodes well. . .
