The book helps you to develop habits and practices that can be integrated into your life to make going through change easier and even liking it. These are not just little habits but major changes in the way we see the world and ourselves. You will have to effect paradigm shifts, change your perception and develop new thought habits. Practically speaking it takes longer than 30 days to integrate these principles and every time there's change (which is pretty much all the time) you have a chance to practice them and get better. 30 days will get you started, but this is a life-long journey.
