Really enjoyed this book is definitely the way I like to eat that keeps me feeling my best. I just wish that there had been more vegetarian recipes, there were barely any and I thought there’d be more since they talk about how you don’t need to eat meat for this way of eating and one of the authors (the doctor/trained chef) is a vegetarian himself.
