Second House From the Corner is a fun, light novel for summer. Felicia Lyons seems to have the perfect life but is also harboring a deep secret that is threatening to reveal itself. I really enjoyed getting to know Felicia and was rooting for her... while totally yelling at her in my head occasionally! Pick this one up for a fast poolside read.

I received this ARC courtesy of NetGalley.

From the beginning, I was taken with the main character Felicia. Having been a stay at home mother after leaving corporate, I could relate at every turn. Motherhood is fine and dandy in childhood dreams and from the outside looking in. It's the "in" where we get caught in state of "what happened?" She was able to persevere with great patience and love, which is the always the goal :-) Great read Ms. Johnson!
