"Squirrel Girl meets potential new allies, including Chipmunk Hunk, Koi Boi and...Girl Squirrel?! Yes! But the two rodent-themed heroines don't quite see eye-to-beady-eye-- and Squirrel Girl's dislike might be justified! Now, as the world goes mad and the Avengers attack, Squirrel Girl must face Ratatoskr, the Norse god of squirrels! There's a theme in this book, I don't know if you can tell. The fate of the world hangs in the balance, though, we promise. Featuring fights! Feelings! Sass! Punches! Friendship! A character named Hippo who is literally a hippo! And several tails (tales) of Squirrel Girl from all kinds of perspectives!"--Unedited summary from book.

SQUIRREL GIRL RULES! But more importantly, she doesn't have to rule alone. Move over, dark brooding solo antiheroes, Squirrel Girl now has backup in the form of other humanoid beings, not just her squirrel army. (Not that there is any "just" for the squirrel army. they DID take down Doctor Doom, after all.)

A worthy continuation of this great series. Read the first volume first, but really -- read all of them in order. It's worth it.

Part squirrel, all girl! Doreen Green is a computer science student by day, but Squirrel Girl by night, saving the world through friendship, fun, and puns!

Delightful, as always! Also, Loki as Cat-Thor should have his own comic!

A comic for all ages, as the letters pages demonstrate! Be sure to read the tiny print on the bottom of most pages - there some fun details snuck into every page. This is a very tongue-in-cheek comic that captures the playful feel of the medium before people began to take it all too seriously. Ironically, in the process of not taking itself so seriously, it is one of the most emotionally mature comics being published today.

Fun read! I really enjoyed the texts between Squirrel Girl, Iron Man, the Hulk, and Deadpool.
I did like the first volume better than this one.

More fast-paced fun in this volume! I loved meeting new superheroes Chipmunk Hunk and Koi Boy, and the first issue, where bystanders tell stories they've heard about Squirrel Girl, is hilarious. Love this series!

Ryan North is the author of this book (along with artist Erica Henderson) and should be credited here. As such, it does not come up under a search for the author as the first volume of Squirrel Girls does.
