I love The website is awesome and totally free of charge. You can keep track of your nutrition, your fitness, set goals, have a private journal, socialize, blog and more! They also have free work out videos you can do online.

I use their tools to help me stay focused and keep track of my nutrition. I love logging on everyday, it helps me to feel good that I am doing something to help improve my health and fitness! rocks!!!

Love this book and the accompanying website, I used it and lost 30 lbs, have then maintained that loss for 5 months, now I'm going to use the program to lose the last 10 lbs.
