Some good recipes in this book and with photos. I like to see photos so I know what the dish should look like in the end. "Butterscotch Cream Pots with Salted Caramel Sauce" custard drew rave reviews from my family and friends. They also mention in the book that it is the recipe that draws the most praise at the restaurant. Needs 9 egg yokes so you need a matching recipe for egg whites. "Meatballs Braised in Wine Sauce" was quite tasty. I found the portion size they suggested was usually much larger than what my family would eat although my son-in-law could probably accomplish it.

It's doubtful that I'll make anything from this one, but the photos are gorgeous and it sounds like a delicious restaurant.
