Add a CommentExcellent resource for those with depression - may be especially helpful for those who have a more logical or scientifically curious mind: he explains different physical parts and different system tendencies with the brain, and how to proactively influence them through various means to beat depression. Very accessible too as he also includes his own experiences with depression and a fun bit of humor throughout.
Great easy-to-read book, not just for people with depression, but for anyone interested in maintaining good mental health or for those supporting people going through tough times. Backed up by lots of intriguing research.
