Full of what I am sure are delicious recipes but with so few illustrations there wasn't much that really grabbed my attention.

I need to learn how to cook, as I'd love to try all of these recipes, as I...love...Italian food. Maybe I should check out Ferraro Foods.

You know, I was actually kind of expecting to not like this book. Its Rachel Ray, like she needs to put out another cookbook. The title is sort of cheezy. But, you know, after reading through it and studying the recipes, this one is pretty cool. As per most if not all RR cookbooks, there are hardly any photos. That is something I never really understood. But...whatever. There is a short intro and then, zing!, it goes right into the good stuff. Almost 400 pages of recipes are jam packed into this book. Nothing super revolutionary here but all of them easy to follow with ingredients you can find at most upscale grocery stores or specialty markets. Meatballs and waffles? Si! This book is good for carnivores and veggie heads alike as Rach includes a lot of dishes with seasonal vegetables and if you are a clever vegan you can easily trade out the cheeses and cream sauces to suit your dietary needs. This book is great because it's just recipes and no chit-chatter about why everyone is Italian on Sunday. But I would like to know. But what if you already are Italian, then....aren't you Italian like everyday? I don't get it. Whatever. Just check this book out and just get cooking...

Great book filled to the brim with amazing recipes! I found the recipes to have ingredients that you would commonly have around the kitchen. I liked the book so much I will be purchasing it!
