There is a lot covered here - as the notes in my book can prove. Every time I flip through the book I learn something new. FYI the typeset and design of the book might be off putting for some people who are used to "regular" book layout. Stick with it, it's worth it.
The second half of the book are all the worksheets so you can do the work she proposes in the first half of the book. You learn about yourself and set your core desired feelings. She also goes through some ideas on how to use your core desired feelings in goal setting and in your every day life. Tres practical. Thank YOU!
Thanks to this book I made changes - big changes. And I am so much better for them. I feel less guilt and more joy. YES! Thank YOU!
