I loved learning about this bakery and the amazing women that work there through this book. I not only want to bake all of their recipes, I also hope to visit someday. I enjoy how the book is divided up by bread height - with such a variety of breads, I thought this was a clever way to organize the recipes. From hot dog buns to ethnic flatbreads and even some sweet and savory dishes thrown in, this might have to be a kitchen shelf staple for me!
