In-depth collection of often grisly deadly encounters between the African predators and their prey, on land, in sea and even from the air. Don't miss the bonus feature on the anatomy of the big cats: African Lions, Bengal Tigers and the giant liger (a hybrid cross between a male lion and a tigress.)

Ultimately this set suffers from some of the same problems that have come up ever since National Geographic went with a cable channel- quick cut edits, pointless overwrought commentary, and hype. Once upon a time National Geographic could be taken seriously. That seems a long time ago.
