Beautiful cookbook! I've been a long-time fan of Joanne's work (primarily via her PBS shows) and this volume is a such a great read as well as collection of recipes. The books follows her entire career, beginning with her work at Chez Panisse Restaurant (Alice Water's famous San Fran destination) all the way to the present. This amazing book is really one part scrapbook & one part culinary journal. As someone who really loves to READ cookbooks, it really hit on all points for me. Happily, the food is just as delicious. It's a great book to bust out & host a dinner party with you friends. So many tips, tricks & delicious gems to try.
