A struggling middle-aged romance novelist begins an ill-conceived sexual relationship with a young teenage runaway. The mid-section of this adult graphic novel includes a thoughtful examination of the various forms of love as defined by the ancient Greeks.

Unlikely, unpleasant, and misogynist story.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this title, and was a little nervous about it. You know, 'cause of the naked guy on the cover. Full disclosure that yes, this novel has sex. A lot of sex. And it doesn't pull any punches. But to me, it all fit, it was integral to the plot, and it wasn't cheap. But the story itself has some surprises, and is enlightening into the reactions and the feelings of ordinary people who maybe aren't that ordinary. I really liked the characters, the insights, and the art. It all worked well together to tell a complex story that has no resolution. No beginning and no end, just a part of the story of these two people that for a short time connect.
