I love the book 'The 100' by Kass Morgan. I read it rather than listened to it.

The 100 is a science-fiction book by Kass Morgan. It follows the perspective of the four main characters Clarke Griffin, Bellamy Blake, Wells Jaha and Glass Sorenson.

Following a fatal nuclear apocalypse 97 years ago, the 2400 known survivors escaped to space to live on a spacecraft called The Ark. On The Ark, provisions are scarce and so any crime is punishable by death, unless you are under the age of 18. Those under 18 will be kept in prison until they become an adult and then will receive another trial. On The Ark, oxygen is running low so the Chancellor and the Council decides to send 100 delinquent children to the Earth for the first time in a century to see if the radiation has gone away and earth is again habitable for the citizens of The Ark. This book is about The 100's experiences on earth and really focuses on the characters development and individual stories. My highlight of the book was when The 100 realized that they weren't alone on earth.

I really enjoyed this book as it had a really steady but intriguing flow to the storyline. Each character had their own story and history that developed as they grew. It was written very well with incredible plot twists and cliffhangers. I am excited to read the next book. I would recommend this book anyone from the age of 10 who is looking for a fast moving and different book.

It was a good story (love post-apocalyptic stories) with an interesting premise, but it was hard to follow the flashbacks of the story. Now I will say that I listened to the audiobook, and didn't read he book, so maybe that will account for my gripe, but sometimes it was hard to tell that the story had switched to a flashback as opposed to the present. That won't stop me from reading/listening to the next books in the series.
