This book was hilarious! It is definitely for a mature crowd and for someone who doesn't mind swear words. Its a quick read, kept me laughing the whole time... even laughed out loud a few times. His dad is vulgar, but loves him very much. It was a very enjoyable read.

Quick listen, good narrator to emphasize the father's sayings. Some of it pretty dang funny

This book is a great candidate to be listened to as an audiobook. I don't think I would have been able to read this but the voices given to the different characters in the audiobook made it very enjoyable and entertaining.

Sh*t My Dad Says by Justin Halpern is a fun, quick read. And it's a true story. Justin's dad is vulgar, callous and often quick tempered. But he loves his family and I found it particularly refreshing to hear someone speak the truth all the time. Near the beginning and at the end, the author ventures into the realm of "talking about writing the book" which detaches me as the reader. I believe in letting the book speak for itself.

Hilarious- if you don't mind the cursing.
