A good day to skip this Die Hard movie and watch the first four instead. They are infinitely better than this dreadful entry in the franchise.

Ah, the good ol' days when the Russians were our clear-cut enemies. Bruce Willis awkwardly reconnects with his estranged son, who's involved in spy activities that lead to a visit to radioactive Chernobyl, of all places. "007 from Plainfield, New Jersey" sums up some of the absurdities of this film, but it's escapist fun to watch.

Bruce Willis delivers another fun-to-watch performance in this action-packed flick that takes place in Russia.

Ridiculous dad/son fun day.
Worst in the series. Mindless, unending car chase. Insipid family bonding amid scumbag bashing.
An embarrassment.

No more Die Hards please. This one is the worst of the lot.

Please stop these Die Hard movies and let John McClane die hard! I suggest that Bruce Willis focus on Red 3.

It was ok. The hard rock, heavy metal soundtrack in the theatrical release was painfully obtrusive. Better than Die Hard 3

Boom! Crash! Shoot! Bang! Punch!
I think that's what the script would look like. The fifth and by far the worst in the "Die Hard" franchise finds John McClane in Russia with his son. Plot summary is pointless. The first "Die Hard" worked so well because McClane was just an ordinary guy trapped in an insane situation, but now he seems like an unstoppable killing machine. Pretty terrible, even for a bad action movie.

A long car chase and plenty of explosions: that pretty much sums up “A Good Day to Die Hard.” Not even the plot twist near the end saves this movie.
