This is a phenomenal book for anyone seeking to improve their social skills. I really appreciate it's practical tone and content as opposed to some other books in the genre, such as How to Win Friends and Influence People, that contains a lot of fluff and anecdotes. This book provides plenty of examples and ideas of things to talk about and what you should focus on if you want to make a solid impact when speaking with people.
