Gigi is struggling to find true love while sifting through men who are simply not interested. After her latest date, Conor, has failed to call her, Gigi visits a bar he said he frequented in order to see him. There, she meets Alex, a friend of Conor's who works at the bar. Gigi admits that Conor is not expecting her. Alex explains that Conor isn't interested and takes it upon himself to explain the 'signs' to Gigi. Meanwhile, having just left Gigi, Conor calls his girlfriend Anna. She is at the supermarket and runs into Ben. The two exchange numbers, but Ben finally admits that he is married. Ben walks over to the car where his friend Neil has been waiting. Neil asks Ben what that was about. Neil returns home and is greeted by Beth, his girlfriend. Neil doesn' t believe in marriage and Beth can't understand why. Ben meets Janine, his wife at the townhouse. Anna is friends with Mary. Mary is using the Internet to find love.
Gigi tends to fall for friendly guys, like Conor, who are "just not that into" her. At a local watering hole, she meets bar manager Alex, who sets her straight about the difference between what men say and what they mean, adding that there are exceptions to every rule. Her seemingly settled co-workers, Beth and Janine, have relationship issues of their own: Beth's boyfriend of seven years, Neil, doesn't believe in marriage, and Janine's husband, Ben, has a wandering eye for singer/yoga instructor Anna. Alt-weekly ad saleswoman Mary provides the link between this loose-knit community. An avid Internet dater and full-time technophile, she bemoans the fact that "people don't meet each other organically anymore"--Amazon.com.

I love ensemble movies! It's fun to see how each character connects with the others and see their individual stories weave together. This film is no different. I love all the characters and all the story threads kept me interested. The ending is a bit predictable but it's a fun movie anyway.

He’s Just Not That Into You very easily rose to the top of my favourite rom-coms list and left me smiling until the very end. The different stories intertwined make the film unique and each character’s plot line is relatable for every type of person. While most romantic comedies are too fast-paced to keep up with and mostly unrealistic, this film explores real-life situations we’ve all found ourselves in that leave us laughing and crying. Rooting for these characters is second-nature and it feels as though you must be screaming at your television as they generally do in old rom-coms. It wasn’t too cheesy that I lost interest and ending left me soft and satisfied. Rating: 5/5 @RiverPark of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

I think this movie is a great rom com to watch with girlfriends over a glass of wine. It's not the greatest rom com ever made, but it's enjoyable and nice that not every storyline has a happy ending.

This is a disgrace to the human race. So many immoral things with that I can't fit them all here. Stay away from at all costs. If you have questions or comments, feel free to "message" me.

A decent chick flick to cozy up on the couch and watch with a big batch of popcorn.

I read the book first and didn't like it all that much but decided I wanted to watch the movie since it had such a great ensemble of cast and I loved it! It's funny and cute. Just wish at the end that my favorite actor ended with the woman he was seeing. But great chick flick.

A fun, witty and honest exploration of love and relationships. The movie is designed to allow viewers to see themselves in at least some of the characters portrayed. It reminds us that love can be hard, it can be frustrating and it can also be amazing; if we work for it and let it happen the way it is meant to be it is always worth it.

Dating can really be a hassle, but if you were to know right away whether or not "He's just not into you" you could potentially stop dating the wrong types of people.
This movie is a comedic look at how to cut through the disastrous world of dating by knowing the signs.
All star cast with some really funny moments (not many) that leave you wondering if it is really that simple.
