Add a CommentThis book is beyond idiotic, far, far beyond it! The authors presuppose many completely false and faulty assumptions. Not worth the paper it is printed on. (They both obviously exist within a box-type structure, and probably repeat that tired mantra about (in quotes) thinking outside the box.)
