Events › VITA: Volunteer Tax Assistance

Trained volunteers from Haven Neighborhood Services provide free tax preparation assistance. The VITA Grant program is an IRS initiative that supports free tax preparation services for the underserved. This service helps low- to moderate-income individuals, people with disabilities, seniors, and limited English speakers file their individual tax returns each year.

Please bring the following documents:

• Physical photo ID
• Original SSN/ITIN card
• 2024 W-2 or 1099 forms
• Bank routing and account numbers for direct deposit
